Please include the following information in your support call

  • The version of your operating system and whether it is 64-bit or 32-bit
  • The version of your sphinx copy (see the About section in the integrated Help)
  • The version number of your database server (see Event Viewer window)
  • The exact error message
  • The video monitor settings that were used
  • Describe what you did before the error occured

Don't send us

  • Passwords
  • License keys
  • Payment information

We will never ask you for passwords, license keys or credit card information.
